• Inspected the new ‘Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (WDFC) Double Line’ project between New Mehsana (Bhandu Railway Station) and New Palanpur completed by the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India
  
  
• The 659 km long Western Dedicated Freight Corridor connects JNPT (Mumbai) to Dadri (NCR) & will now enhance the connectivity of Gujarat’s Pipavav Port with other parts of the country.
  
  
• DFC is a huge step to speed up cargo movement & boost PM Gati Shakti in Western India.
