My Govt. has capped sand and gravel prices at Rs. 5.50/cubic feet including loading charges across the state: Charanjit Channi

To provide sand at minimum affordable rates to Punjabis, my Govt. has capped sand and gravel prices at Rs. 5.50/cubic feet including loading charges across the state.

Also, royalty rate of ordinary clay and ordinary earth will be decreased from Rs 10 per ton to Rs 2.5 per ton.

I am responsible if anyone charges rates more than the prescribed ones.

I have categorically directed DCs & concerned officials to create maximum awareness about it and ensure complete compliance of my orders to sell sand and gravel prices at Rs. 5.50/cubic feet in Punjab.

Oil companies of India will set up 22,000 EV charging stations on a mission mode in prominent cities & national highways across the country : Hardeep S Puri

In line with PM Narendra Modi Ji’s Panchamrit announced in Glasgow to reduce carbon intensity of the economy by 45% by 2030, oil companies of India will set up 22,000 EV charging stations on a mission mode in prominent cities & national highways across the country.

Of these, Indian Oilcl will set up 10,000 stations. It has already installed 439 EV charging stations & plans to install 2000 charging stations in its retail outlet network over the next one year.

Another 1000 EV Charging Stations will be set up by BPCLimited within the next one year & 7000 overall. It has already set up 52 stations.

HPCL which has already installed 382 EV stations so far will set up 1000 stations in the next one year & 5000 overall.
