Who says there aren’t alternatives? Yes, there are alternatives…It just depends on what one seeks from a political alternative : Amit Malviya

Amit Malviya, BJP National Info & Tech Dept., Co-incharge West Bengal :

Who says there aren’t alternatives? Yes, there are alternatives. Not just one but many alternatives. It just depends on what one seeks from a political alternative.

There is an alternative available for issuing brazen threats to police personnel of vindictive action if the incumbent party in the state loses an election

There is an alternative if curbing media freedom through quid pro quo exchanges with journalists – positive stories in lieu of government ads, are required.

There are alternatives available if one is looking for alternative strategies for winning elections like suppressing political opponents through brutalities and violence against their local workers.

There are numerous alternatives if undue favours are being sought from the government for getting contracts and public resources. From canceling fair practices like auctions to granting contracts in lieu of kickbacks, these alternatives hold rich experience.

There are alternatives available if India’s rich civilizational and cultural history is perceived as unnecessary baggage which is irrelevant in modern times

There are alternatives available if we prefer sluggish public service delivery and enough leakages to ensure thriving local level corruption

There are alternatives available if we prefer stagnation in infrastructure development over massive transformation.

There are alternatives available if we want governments incapable of providing a commensurate response in case of national security challenges and upholding national interests.

There are numerous alternatives available if marginalized groups are merely “vote banks” and don’t require state assistance for empowerment. Of course there are alternatives. Just that India has rejected them.

Combining one non-entity to another doesn’t make an entity, just as zero plus zero even a hundred times over still produces only zero : Sukhbir Singh Badal

Sukhbir Singh Badal, Former Dy CM Punjab :

Combining one non-entity to another doesn’t make an entity, just as zero plus zero even a hundred times over still produces only zero.

That’s exactly what Capt.Amarinder Singh outift plus Samyukat Akalis plus BJP in Punjab add up to. Punjabis know at least this much arithmetic.

As if being a misguided missile weren’t bad enough, Navjot Singh Sidhu is now out to shame Punjabis by publicly resorting to vulgarity in his frustrated, maverick outbursts. He has nothing to offer Punjab except poison, hatred, limitless ego and arrogance.

People across the country, especially farmers are stunned into disbelief over a purported letter by Rajewal and some other politically ambitious figures to Home Minister, abusing their position in Kisan movement to weaken it at its peak. The accused owe an answer to farmers.

The world’s first floating CNG filling station developed in Varanasi by IIT Kanpur is very good : PM Narendra Modi

NARENDRA MODI, PRIME MINISTER :

Today India has emerged as the second largest startup hub in the world. So man startups have been started by the youth of our IITs.

Swami Vivekananda said, Every nation has a message to deliver, a mission to fulfill, a destiny to reach. If we will not become AatmaNibhar, how will we reach our destiny? It is you who have to do this & take our country to newer heights.

When someone in a family becomes 20 years of age, they are often told to stand on their own feet, This is urged by the family to develop the essence of Aatmanirbharta in you to accomplish your dreams and goals.

Soch and Attitude of today’s youth is that of India’s, waiting to serve the nation.

Earlier, if there was an attempt to get away from the problems, then today, immediate resolutions are taken to solve the problems.

We are entering a phase of comprehensive opportunities to make a ‘Modern India’.

The 21st century is technology driven, and technology will play a key role in transforming India.

Our IITs have always been incubation centers of talent and technology. The world’s first floating CNG filling station developed in Varanasi by IIT Kanpur is very good.

The Dandi March of 1930 had invigorated Indians with a new sense of purpose and hope. The youth of that time was in the golden phase of their lives history is repeating itself, and it is the golden era for the students of IIT.

IIT Kanpur has strengthened your foundation. The personality that you’ve developed here will give you the power to serve society as a whole and empower your nation.

This year, India is celebrating 75 years of independence in the form of Amrit Mahotsav. The city in which you have received your degrees is truly unique and full of glorious history of independence.

Today is a day of double happiness for Kanpur. Kanpur is getting metro like facilities on one side and on the other hand, the world of technology is also getting skilled people like you from IIT Kanpur.

Fear of unknown often glooms over students but after coming to IIT Kanpur you are today on a quest for the best.
